A "Folksy" Playlist for November

Lately I've noticed a pattern in the songs that I've been replaying on my playlists. They all have a kind of folksy feel to them, and are best listened to cozied up in a blanket. Perfect for November (remember my early fall blues-y playlist?).

I really can't get enough of the Lumineers. What are some of your favorite songs and artists of the season?

so perfect for this time of year!

  2. I would definitely add A Fine Frenzy and The Abrams Brothers (a very cool, small Canadian band) to this list. They are some of my favourite "folksy" artists, as well as the ones you mention on this list. I've already loaded it onto my iPod for a fall hike through the countryside this weekend :-)

  3. This playlist is awesome. I totally want to hear Ho Hey at my wedding next year.

it's almost like you stole a look at my current playlist! add NW Apt. by Band of Horses and The Once and Future Carpenter by the Avett Brothers - you won't be disappointed!

    Happy thanksgiving!

  5. Thanks for all the great suggestions! Safe travels on Thanksgiving :)
