Happy {Pain au Chocolat} Weekend

This weekend, I'm leaving you with the simplest recipe that will hit the spot with your morning coffee. I served up these "pain au chocolat" treats to my guests last weekend and they were a huge hit and only take about 15 minutes to make.


+ 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls ( I used Pillsbury)
+ 1 package baking chocolate chips (dark or milk)


+ Preheat oven to 375 degrees (depending on your baking sheet)
+ Roll out pre-made crescent dough, adding about 6 morsels of chocolate to the top of each triangle
+ Roll into crescent shape and place on baking sheet
+ Bake for about ten minutes or until golden brown
+ Enjoy with coffee or a mimosa :)
